Bon Dèlire - A new French Bar/Restaurant in the Embarcadero Pier 3,Coming thisSeptember, is currently looking for an exceptional Sous Chef (preferably with French cuisine experience) & lead line cooksThe Sous Chef will have the chance to assist in leading the culinary program, and the opportunity to bring creativity, leadership, and a personal touch to the entire operation. The position will include line shifts, kitchen management, food cost control, safety and sanitation. Your hard work will be complimented by an experienced and dedicated front-of-house service team, and a highly supportive and committed owner.Competitive salary, benefits, and work environment are a key aspect of this role!Bon Dèlire will be open for lunch M-F, weekend brunch and Dinner -MondayBOH openings- Sous Chef - competitivesalary depending on experience- AM lead line cook - upto $28- PM lead line cook - upto $28- AM and PM cooks - upto $26- AM and PM prep cooks -up to $21- Brunch cooks upto $25- AM and PM dishwasher upto $20The ideal candidate:- Possesses a full comprehension of French cuisine- Has pastry understanding- is professional, friendly and positive- able to work clean and organized- Is a good communicator / basic Spanish is helpful but not necessary- Is organized and a team player- Desires and demonstrates ability to learn- Has experience working in a French restaurant- has Food Handlers certificate and a has a strong knowledge of health department practices
